XT40i - Q. What is the minimum bending radius of this cable?

Answer:

The XT40i is a large cable with a specific internal construction that is important to the way it sounds. In order to not crush the hollow X-Tube filler rods, a minimum bend radius of 30mm is required, however the cables will work better if they are routed as flat and straight as possible and kept away from large metallic bodies (such as speaker stands). The latter is to avoid creating eddy currents in a nearby conductive mass which can adversely affect the music, as they create magnetic fields which oppose the wanted audio signal.
